Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, research institution, or qualified individual for in-vitro research use.
What we are — and are not
PepGo Research Supply is a supplier of research reagents. We are not a pharmacy, we do not dispense prescription medication, and we are not a 503A or 503B compounding facility. Nothing sold on this site is a drug, a dietary supplement, or a finished pharmaceutical product.
Products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Intended-use policy
Any order that states, implies, or is reasonably suspected of intending human or veterinary use, consumption, or administration will be cancelled and refunded, and the associated account will be refused future service. This applies to order notes, support communications, and any other information we receive in connection with the order.
No medical advice
We do not provide medical advice, and we do not provide dosing, administration, or reconstitution instructions of any kind. Product pages describe research handling and storage only. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as guidance for human or animal use.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of a product is limited to the amount paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from misuse of a research reagent outside its stated intended use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
