Availability

Local pickup is available to customers in the Orange County, CA metro area as an alternative to standard shipping. Pickup is by appointment only — we do not accept walk-ins, and there is no public storefront.

How it works

  1. Place your order online as usual.
  2. Select Local Pickup at checkout instead of a shipping method.
  3. We confirm your order and reply by email with an available appointment window.
  4. Bring your order confirmation (digital or printed) to your appointment for handoff.

Courier option

For labs and offices within the Orange County metro area unable to make a pickup appointment, a same-day courier option may be available on request. Reply to your order confirmation email to ask about courier availability for your location.

Research Use Only

Local pickup does not change the terms of sale. Every order — by shipment or pickup — is sold under our Research Use Policy. Products are for in-vitro laboratory research only, not evaluated by the FDA, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Orders that state or suggest human or veterinary use are cancelled and the account refused.
