PepGo Research Supply is not accepting orders while its controlled pre-launch checks are in progress. There is no checkout and no payment is collected on this site today. The ordering terms below describe how information will be handled once ordering opens.
Information we collect
Today we collect only what you send us: the email address you enter on the pre-launch waitlist, the catalog SKU you asked about when you signed up from a product page, and whatever you include when you email us. Once ordering opens, an order will also collect your name, shipping and billing address, an optional phone number, and order contents. We do not collect health information, and no part of this site asks for or stores any information about intended use.
How we use it
Today information is used to respond to support inquiries and to send waitlist notices. Once ordering opens it will also be used to process orders, arrange shipping, and communicate about order status. Waitlist emails are used only to notify you when ordering opens for PepGo (and, when tagged, for the SKU you selected). We do not use customer information for advertising profiling, and we do not sell customer data to third parties.
Cookies, analytics and browser storage
The site sets no cookies. It uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for aggregate page-view and page-speed counts. They set no cookies.
Your cart and your 21+ confirmation are saved in your browser's local storage on your device so they are still there when you return. Clear your browser's site data to remove them.
There is no checkout today, so no payment details are collected or sent to a payment processor from this site. If a payment method is added when ordering opens, this policy will name it before it goes live.
Service providers
We share information only with the vendors required to run the business: hosting and infrastructure providers, transactional email delivery, and, once ordering opens, shipping carriers. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and confidentiality terms and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Data retention
Waitlist, order and communication records are retained as long as needed to fulfill legal, accounting, and support obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized on a rolling basis.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or request that it be corrected or deleted, by emailing support@pepgo.org. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
