Privacy Policy

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information necessary to fulfill and support that order: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (optional), and order contents. We do not collect health information, and our checkout does not ask for or store any information about intended use.

Information is used to process orders, arrange shipping, respond to support inquiries, and communicate about order status. We do not use customer information for advertising profiling, and we do not sell customer data to third parties.

We share information only with the vendors required to run the business: hosting and infrastructure providers, transactional email delivery, and shipping carriers. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and confidentiality terms and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Order and communication records are retained as long as needed to fulfill legal, accounting, and support obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized on a rolling basis.

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or request that it be corrected or deleted, by emailing support@pepgo.org. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
